Comprised of 16 owner-member cooperatives, we are a leading voice in helping companies locate and expand. We work hand-in-hand with community and government leaders to implement community-enhancing strategies to better support industry.

With electricity provided from East Kentucky Power Cooperative (EKPC), a generation and transmission cooperative wholly owned by the 16 owner-member cooperatives, we power the lives of 1.1 million people Kentucky, along with thousands of factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools, office complexes, shopping malls and much more.

More than 3,000 megawatts in power plant capacity—with access to resources in PJM Interconnection’s 13-state region—and more than 2,800 miles of high-voltage transmission lines ensure reliable, low-cost power.

Our successes speak for themselves. We never stop our pursuit of excellence in everything we do. Let us help you turn your vision into reality.
